We are a small, employee-owned light industrial staffing company with two locations in Clackamas and Tigard and we looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with candidates and clients, coordinating interviews, and utilizing various recruitment tools to support the hiring process. Pay will range between $20-$22 per hour, with a flexible schedule that works with your own personal schedule.

**Duties:**

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management

- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels

- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in staffing, human resources, or a related field

- Strong relationship management skills

- Ability to conduct cold calling and interviewing effectively

- Excellent research skills to identify top talent

- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes
